Med Spa Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality, retail, medical office, or other customer service or sales position
• Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications
• Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

• Appropriately discuss aesthetic procedures, skin care services, and/or products with prospective patients over the phone; encourages them to schedule an appointment; or transfers to an appropriate team member who can assist them
• Schedules appointments for multiple providers, greets patients, and provides appropriate registration paperwork for the appointment/procedure
• Collects payments for consultations, skin care, and medical spa services
• Completes additional daily cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks as needed

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS:

• Hours FULL TIME (36-40 hours per week) and THREE-QUARTER TIME (30-35 hours per week):  Schedule will require working at least one evening until 7 pm and having one day off per week. No weekends. This is a set schedule, but hours are subject to change based on patient need and special events.
• Starting pay for this position is $19.00
• Opportunities for monthly sales bonus
