Meredith – Practice Manager

Meredith obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She has over 10 years of patient care and managerial experience.  Meredith manages the day-to-day operations of the office and keeps things organized and running smoothly.

Haley – Medical Spa Manager

Haley has been with The Spa since 2020. Originally serving as a Medical Spa Coordinator, Haley’s passion for aesthetics led her to the role of Medical Spa Manager. Haley handles all spa inquiries and oversees the day-to-day activities in The Spa, while also assisting our provider and med-spa coordinator teams.

Katie – Cosmetic Team Manager

With over a decade of experience as a patient care coordinator, Katie is a certified medical assistant who earned her degree from Southwestern Illinois College. In her role as Cosmetic Team Manager, she ensures that our patients are thoroughly prepared for their surgical journeys by offering education and support for their procedures from start to finish.

Brittney – Patient Care Coordinator (Surgical)

Brittney has an extensive background in patient care, with over ten years experience working as a Registered Medical Assistant before transitioning into her role as a Patient Care Coordinator. Brittney educates patients on their elected procedures and helps them navigate their surgical journeys.

Ashley – Patient Care Coordinator (Non-Surgical)

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville in 2018 and a Master’s in Kinesiology/Exercise and Sport Psychology in 2021. Her passion for patient health make her a wonderful addition to our spa team. Ashley is the go-to for all questions regarding medial spa services.

Meaghan – Registered Nurse

Meaghan received her Associate’s in Applied Science and Associate Degree in Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College. Meaghan is a great addition to the MidAmerica team due to her 15+ years of nursing experience, formerly serving as a pre/post-op nurse at Washington University. You’ll see Meaghan for your pre and post-op appointments at MidAmerica. Meaghan is a great resource to ask when it comes to all of your pre and post-op care questions.

Kaitlyn – Registered Nurse

In 2018, Kaitlyn earned her nursing degree from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, and in 2023, she became a CDCES (certified diabetes care and education specialist). With her background as a diabetes educator, Kaitlyn brings invaluable expertise to our weight loss clinic, where she plays a crucial role in educating patients on effective weight management strategies.

Mackenzie – Registered Medical Assistant

Mackenzie received her Associate of Applied Science and M.A. in 2018. Mackenzie works within our cosmetics surgery department, assisting Dr. Diederich with procedures in our office. She is also available to answer any medical questions our patients have and strives to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

Cassie  –  Medical Assistant

Cassie received her Bachelor’s in Biology from Eastern Illinois University. Her day-to-day consists of rooming patients, scheduling appointments, suture removals, and prepping patients for their procedures. 

Erin – Special Project Coordinator

Erin received her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. In her role, Erin manages all specialty projects within our practice, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Shawn – Executive Assistant

Shawn joined MidAmerica Plastic Surgery in 2015. With her many years experience at MidAmerica, Shawn manages the day-to-day administrative tasks at our office while also providing comprehensive support to our management teams. Her dedication and resourcefulness contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of our practice.

Kate – Marketing Manager

Kate is our Marketing Manager at MidAmerica Plastic Surgery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Illinois – Edwardsville. Her background includes social media and website management, communications, and digital strategy.

Holly – Marketing Coordinator (Medical Spa)

Holly began working at The Spa at MidAmerica Plastic Surgery in 2020 as a medical spa coordinator. Her knowledge of spa services and products has made her an asset to our marketing department. She received her BA in Art History from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

Paige – Marketing Coordinator (Surgical)

Paige received her Bachelor of Science from Murray State University before obtaining her Master’s in Arts from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Paige’s experience in social media management and content creation makes her a great resource to the marketing team.

Samantha – Provider Assistant

Samantha’s background in aesthetics makes her an ideal fit for her role as a provider assistant. Her expertise allows her to support providers with precision and care, enhancing the overall patient experience. Sam’s passion for beauty and wellness, combined with her hands-on knowledge, ensures that each client receives the highest level of attention during their treatments.

Carrigan – First Impressions Team

Carrigan joined MidAmerica Medical Spa in 2022. With an extensive background in customer service, Carrigan is here to ensure that our patients have an exceptional visit every time they enter our practice. She is here to assist with scheduling, checking in and out, and showing patients to their treatment rooms.

Lexi – First Impressions Team

Lexi is dedicated to making your experience at MidAmerica Medical Spa a great one. She is available to answer your questions, help schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for your convenience.

Mackenzie – First Impressions Team

Mackenzie is one of the first faces you’ll see when you enter MidAmerica Medical Spa. She’ll be able to help you with any questions you have, assist you in scheduling your appointment, check you in and out, and make sure that your visit is an enjoyable one.

Chelsea – First Impressions Team

With an extensive background in customer service, Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge to our First Impressions Team at MidAmerica Medical Spa. She will assist you with check-in and check-out, schedule your next visit, and ensure your overall experience at our medical spa is exceptional.
