As such, we are currently looking for a PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR, MEDICAL ASSISTANT, and CONTENT CREATOR to join our team.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE include: 

  • Three to five years of work experience, with increased responsibility, in a surgical practice, customer service, hospitality, travel, or sales industry 

  • Comfortable using and interacting with phone, email, Internet, and word processing applications 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills 

  • Comfortable discussing cosmetic surgical procedures, establishing value of services including discussing surgical costsand scheduling surgery 

  • Ability to understand patient concerns/questions and handle them appropriately 

  • Highly motivated and target driven 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: 

  • Conducts consultations with patients to determine patient goals, educate prospective patients, and set realistic expectations regarding possible surgical outcomes 

  • Regularly interacts with prospective and established patients, responding to concerns / questions quickly and appropriately 

  • Identify patient objections and proactively implement strategies and solutions to offset patient concerns 

  • Enter patient information in practice management and lead tracking system 

  • Schedule surgeries and collect monies for surgical procedures 

 

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS: 

  • Full-time position (36-40 hours):  Hours similar to Monday-Friday office hours.  Some evenings may be required as we hold events throughout the year. 

  • Starting base pay for this position is $19/hour with a monthly bonus 

    • Monthly bonus potential between $2,000 – $5,000+ based on conversion rates 

    • Annual income potential $100K+ 

  • After a 90 day introductory period, employee is eligible for the following benefits: 

    • Employee discounts on services and products; **Select discounts are available prior to the satisfaction of the 90 day introductory period 

    • Health Insurance (70% employer / 30% employee coverage) 

    • Monthly HSA contributions 

    • Simple IRA with up to a 3% salary match by the employer 

    • Paid Holidays 

    • 8 PTO days for 1st year of employment

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE include:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service required; experience in a medical office setting preferred

  • Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications

  • Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • CMA or RMA certificate, highly desirable

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

  • Prepares patients for consultation, post-op, and follow up including review and documentation of health history and procedure consent forms and taking vital signs

  • Prepares exam and treatment rooms 

  • Assists provider(s) in examinations and procedures

  • Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization, restocking, and communicating supply and maintenance concerns 

  • Performs patient education and responds to patient questions and concerns when appropriate

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS:

  • Full Time Position:  Hours are Monday/Wednesday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm; Tuesday/Thursday 8 am – 5 pm; Friday 8 am – 12 pm.  Some evenings may be required as we hold events throughout the year.

  • Starting pay for this position is $17 per hour

  • After a 90 day introductory period, employee is eligible for the following benefits:

CONTENT CREATOR

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, art, or a similar field
  • Minimum of one year of work experience, with increased responsibility, in marketing, public relations, journalism, advertising, or surgical or med spa practice 
  • Comfortable using and interacting with email, Internet and word processing applications, and various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Comfortable with filming invasive and non-invasive procedures 
  • Experience with video editing, preferred

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for the planning, creation, and posting of all social media content across various platforms.  If necessary, travel and perform duties off-site to produce real-time social media content and coverage 

  • Create, edit, and present social content calendar to Marketing Manager on a monthly basis 

  • Manage consumer-facing communities; respond to comments and direct messages 

  • Analyze industry trends and provide weekly metrics to track engagement and growth on social channels 

  • Support leadership with strategic brainstorming for giveaways, promotions, and events 

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS: 

  • Three-quarter time position (30-35 hours):  Hours similar to Monday-Friday office hours.  Some evenings may be required as we hold events throughout the year. 
  • Starting pay for this position is $18.50 per hour 
  • After a 90 day introductory period, employee is eligible for the following benefits:
