MEDICAL SPA CLINICAL ASSISTANT.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE include:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in customer service required; experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting, highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies, advancements, and priorities and handle stressful situations with composure
- Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency, use time effectively, and maintain productivity while balancing competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
- Greets patients and escorts them from the waiting room to treatment rooms; prepares patients for consultation, post-procedure, and follow-up
- Prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments/equipment
- Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments including sterilization, restocking, and communicating supply and maintenance concerns
- Replenishes supplies—stocks and cleans exam rooms
- Performs patient education and responds to patient questions and concerns when appropriate
- Collaborates with administrative and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & PERKS:
- Full-Time Position: Hours are Monday/Tuesday 7:45 am – 5:00 pm; Wednesday 7:45 am – 7 pm; and Friday 7:45 am – 4:00 pm. Some evenings may be required as we hold events throughout the year.
- Starting pay for this position is $20 per hour
- After a 90-day introductory period, employee is eligible for the following benefits:
