I can't thank the staff and Dr.Diederich enough! They showed me how much they care about their patients from day one and I appreciate that more than you'll ever know! I couldn’t have asked for better results and I will always rave about the work they do here! I can’t recommend them enough, great staff, great surgeon, and throughout the whole process I felt confident and comfortable due to the honest nature and professionalism upheld at this facility !

Highly recommended! I went to MidAmerica Plastic Surgery for breast augmentation and from the consultation to post-op and beyond, Dr. Diedrich and the staff made me feel like I was their only patient! They took the time to answer all of my questions and questions I didn't even know I had. Their professionalism and bedside manner surpassed my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my experience or my results!!

Professional, friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. I had been contemplating some reconstructive surgery for years but was too embarrassed to even go to a consult. After much research and reviews I took a leap of faith. After meeting Dr. Diederich and his staff I knew I could trust them to help me with my needs. I have scheduled my procedures and I’m excited to share my results once my procedures have been performed. I am certain they will be amazing 🙂

I had a direct brow lift done. I was done with my eyes looking so tired and heavy and angry. I had several consults with different surgeons before meeting with Dr. Diederich. Ten minutes into the consult, I new 100% that I wanted him to do my surgery. I liked that he worked 'with' me in choosing the right surgery that we both felt comfortable with and not once did he try to talk me into anything else. I felt very confident in choosing him, he is very personable and calm and I booked the procedure that day. I am SO glad that I chose him and I had it done. I was super nervous before the procedure but it went so smoothly, I was never in pain, just a little sore afterwards. I am very pleased with the results, the scars healed so well. Dr. Diederich does amazing body and face work and his staff is super sweet, caring and organized! I certainly will return to him for any future procedures.

Dr Diedrich did a tummy tuck with fleur di lis, muscle repair and 360 lipo and I love the results! He is very personable and explains everything and his staff are amazing. Meaghan is awesome, she answered any questions I had.

Most caring & helpful Dr. and staff I have ever experienced. Dr Ryan Diedrichs did an amazing job on my procedure, the results are really just unbelievable. I went back and forth for many many years to if I should have this procedure done. Finally talked myself into it, and couldn't have picked a better Dr or staff to help me through this tough decision. They made me feel comfortable with my decision and very helpful all the way!! ❤

I had a great experience with Dr. Diederich, Meaghan, and Katie! Meaghan and Katie were super helpful working up to surgery day and continued to be there for any questions or concerns. They responded right away and always put my mind at ease. I think having good support for after your surgery is huge because anything can come up and you want a surgeon and nurse to be there for you and the unknown and they were! My results from my tummy tuck is exactly how I envisioned! It has given me the confidence to be proud of the hard work I put in that was just hiding under unwanted skin. Plus my belly button looks amazing- it looks so natural as if I was born with it. Out metro East area is so lucky to have an amazing surgeon locally. I had my surgery at Anderson Hospital and everyone there was so kind as well and I have zero complaints. If you have the option to stay overnight at the hospital, you should! It was very relaxing and it was nice to have the nurse to help with getting up and plus Dr. Diederich came in on the weekend to check on me. You can’t go wrong with choosing Dr. Diederich as your surgeon! I have two family members who also had surgery with him and they had the exact same experience.

I had breast reduction surgery after many years of indecision. My experience with Dr. Diederich and everyone in his office was amazing, and the results are better than I could have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery.
