On 12/10/2020 from 8:00 a.m – 7 p.m. CST gift cards will be 10% off! You must purchase during this timeframe to receive the 10% off. There is a limit of $1,000 per patient.
To purchase, call The Spa at 618-307-6233 and we can do the purchase entirely over the phone. You can set up a time to pick up the gift card, keep it on file, or we can mail it. If you come into the office to purchase, please wear a mask for the safety of our employees and other patients.
