You may purchase a gift card by dropping in our office at 4955 S State Route 159 Suite 1, Glen Carbon, IL or by calling 618-307-6233 between 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.. Please be patient as this is our busiest day of the year! Leave a message if you do not reach a coordinator and we will return your call as soon as we are available.
If you purchase over the phone, we can hold your gift card in office to pick up or we are happy to mail it to the comfort of your home. Gift Cards may be used on any product or service at The Spa at MidAmerica Plastic Surgery. We can’t wait see or hear from you on the 6th.
