On 12/9/2021 from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST gift cards will be 10% off! You must purchase during this timeframe to receive the 10% off. There is a limit of $1,000 per patient.
To purchase over the phone, call The Spa at 618-307-6233. You can set up a time to pick up the gift card, keep it on file, or we can mail it. To purchase in-person, stop by our office between 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
