If there is one day you don’t want to miss in the month of November, it is our injectable day at The Spa at MidAmerica Plastic Surgery. Our Injectable Special day will be the biggest injectable special offered all year. It will be held on Thursday, November 15 by appointment only.
Injectable day specials will include:
30+ units of Dysport for $3.50 per unit as well as the option of adding Restylane filler to your Dysport treatment for $500; the Restylane filler special can only be offered along with the treatment of Dysport as a package promotion. Along with Dysport and Restylane, Sculptra will also be offered on injectable day for $500 per vial instead of the normal price of $600 per vial.
If you are an individual who has questioned any of these injectable procedures before than now is the perfect opportunity to do it. There are limited slots available on injectable day; a Dysport procedure usually takes approximately 15 minutes and the package special of Dysport and Restylane can take up to 45 minutes. If you are an individual who would prefer a consultation prior to your procedure to gather more information than a 15-minute consultation can be booked in along with your appointment.
A consultation can be done if you are someone who has never had injectables done before but have always questioned it, the consultation can allow you to discuss with one of our nurse injectors your desired look, pricing and more in-depth information about the products being injected.
DYSPORT
One of the injectables offered on injectable day Dysport is one of our offices most loved and utilized injectables. Dysport is an injectable that is proven to help smooth the appearance of moderate to more severe frown lines between the eyebrows, the forehead and around the eyes without altering the look or function of the rest of your face.
Dysport is an injection for individuals who desire a more natural look. Facial muscles that are not treated will ultimately still work normally to express natural feelings. Essentially with Dysport the lines are what is minimized not the expressions.

Results of the Dysport injection can be seen in as little as 2 days after treatment and may last up to approximately 4 months. RESTYLANE
If you decided to take advantage of the package special on injectable day you not only will be receiving Dysport treatment but Restylane filler treatment as well. Fillers are designed to restore a more youthful fullness to certain areas of the face.
The Restylane is a brand of clear gel hyaluronic acid dermal fillers; the Restylane family includes Restylane Silk, Restylane Lyft, Restylane, Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne. The hyaluronic acid which is commonly what cosmetic fillers are made of, is a product that is naturally produced by the human body. Each Restylane product is designed and formulated for a specific purpose.
Your provider will be able to choose the correct Restylane product for you based on your desired look and goals. Cosmetic fillers are designed to increase volume in areas of the face that have lost volume or areas you wish to add even more volume to. Some of the areas where Restylane can be applied is the nasolabial lines (line from the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth), labiomental lines (lines spanning from corners of the mouth down), lower eyelid, cheek augmentation, lip lines and lip augmentation.
On Injectable day a Dysport and Restylane package appointment will last approximately 45 minutes long. After a filler procedure avoid laying down for 4 hours and do not massage the injection site. It is also important to avoid strenuous exercise, consumption of alcoholic beverages and extended exposure to sun and heat for at least 48 hours after a filler procedure. Fillers can last from 6 months to 1 year depending on the product and location of injection.
SCULPTRA
The third and final injectable special offered on injectable day will be Sculptra. Sculptra aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable designed to gradually and subtly replace lost collagen over time for a more youthful-looking appearance. At MidAmerica Plastic Surgery we use the Sculptra Aesthetic to stimulate the skin’s natural collagen production to restore its inner structure and increase facial volume that has been lost due to aging by injecting deep into the dermis.
